We ship items by FedEx or UPS. All items are packed in styrofoam and cardboard boxes. Larger items will be shipped in a sturdy wood crate or cardboard box. Insurance will also be applied to the items shipped. You will be given an estimate of these costs before the item is made so you can plan accordingly. You will be furnished the tracking number and the date the item was shipped so that you can use the FedEx/UPS web site, http://www.fedex.com/ or http://www.ups.com/, to track your shipment. All shipping information will be sent to you by email.
